“Service Brewing Co. is run with military precision. It makes sense. Owner Kevin Ryan served nine years in the Army after graduating from West Point. He picked up a thing or two. The warehouse is spotless, the staff and equipment run systematically, a large white board issues the order of the day and every morning, work begins with 50 push-ups.
