Beer & Yoga and New Year Sound Journey

The new year represents a chance to reflect on the past and the opportunity to create something new. Join Savannah Power Yoga and Service Brewing on December 30th at 12pm for beer, yoga and new year sound journey! Experience a 50 min power yoga class, create your intentions for your 2024 dreams, and seal them in with the magical and powerful healing vibrations of a sound journey.
This 75 min class will be led by Sue Finkle and her partner Chrissy Joy.
$15 gets you yoga, sound journey and one pint of beer of your choice!
Be sure to bring your mats and a blanket (so your comfy for the sound journey) and feel free to come as early as 11:15AM. Class starts promptly at noon. Our little brew cat, Black Hawk, will be onsite checking poses and looking for back scratches.
*All ages and levels welcome
* Beer tickets can be substituted for non-alcoholic beverages.
