Book and a Beer with SCAD Alumna and Military Veteran Brandi Bensen

Join us with SCAD alumna and military veteran, Brandi Bensen for “Book and a Beer” on Wednesday, Nov. 6th at 5:30pm. Brandi will be reading from her book “The Enemy Inside Me” and sharing survival and coping techniques she has learned through her life experiences. Books will be available for sale and each guest in attendance will receive a FREE 10oz pour of one of our year round beers.

This memoir is a poignant, yet true account of a young soldier’s fight with cancer, that begins miles away from enemy lines. Her journey is a gripping reminder that every moment is a gift and every breath is a blessing.
