Rootstock Yoga Free for Food & Beverage Industry

Join us at 11am every last Monday of the month with Rootstock Community Foundation and Savannah Power Yoga for a FREE yoga class for all Food and Beverage Industry Professionals.
Savannah Power Yoga will offer a 60 min vinyasa yoga class and we will provide the space for the practice. All you need is a mat!
Rootstock Community Foundation is a local non-profit with a focus on Metal Health Awareness and Assistance for the F&B Hospitality Industry of Savannah and the Lowcountry.

Can I bring a friend that is not in the F&B industry?
-We would love to have your friend join us for yoga! This is a free class for all hospitality folks and friends can attend the class by making charitable donation to Rootstock. Suggested donation is $10.
