DESCRIPTION:The time has come to introduce Artist of Deception\, the first of three Double Dry Hopped Double IPA’s coming soon from our newest limited can releases\, Ghost Army DIPA Series. This triple can series was inspired by the stories of a secret U.S. Army tactical deception unit. The Ghost Army was activated in 1944 during WWII. This top-secret Army\, comprised of mostly artists\, architects\, actors\, set designers\, engineers and lawyers carried out more than 20 deception campaigns creating visual and audio deceptions against the German Army using theatrical effects\, inflatable tanks\, sound trucks\, and fake radio transmissions. The army recruited from art schools\, advertising agencies and other occupations that encouraged creative thinking. By the time the Ghost Army left Europe in 1945\, it was credited with saving the lives of 10\,000-40\,000 fellow soldiers. Their story was kept secret for more than 50 years after the war until declassified in 1996.\n\nFor the label designs\, we teamed up again with our friends from Artrepreneur\, an artist run global marketplace and membership platform that supports and promotes artists by providing business opportunities and resources. The Ghost Army DDH DIPA open call had over 100 artists portfolios submitted. After a week of jurying artist from all over the world\, our team landed on the work of a talented artist from Mexico\, Esteban Martínez. We are excited to showcase his creative narrative on each can!\n\nAbout the beer: Artists of Deception is a crushable Double India Pale Ale with a delicious mix of tropical and citrus fruits with a touch of bitterness on the finish. Notes of mango\, pineapple\, orange\, guava and lime zest are highlights from the double dry hopped additions of Krush and Elani hops.\n\nFood truck: Red Taco Truck 12:30-8pm

So naturally\, the United States Defense Intelligence Agency began the Stargate Project\, a journey to explore the psychic phenomena in the military. \nInspired by this declassified project\, Mind Agent DDH Double IPA is the first release of our new Stargate DIPA Series. With juicy aromatics of ripe stone fruit and complimentary notes of orange and mango\, sweet flavors follow with a bounty of tropical fruit. Double Dry Hopped with Styrian Wolf and experimental hops: HBC 630 and HBC 1019. \nOur friends from Ordinary Magic will have pop up shop from 12-4pm with their collection of unique and magical gifts. \nRed Taco Truck will be serving up some delicious tacos from 12:30-8pm. \nAbout the Can: This new series is a collaboration with Artrepreneur\, an artist run non-profit that supports and promotes artists from across the globe by providing business opportunities and resources. Smashed Savannah food truck will be joining us serving burgers and fries!\n\nAbout the Beer: Double dry hopped Double IPA with Kohatu\, Riwaka\, and Nectaron hops. 8.2% ABV\n\nAbout the Can Art: This DIPA series is a collaboration with Artrepreneur\, an artist run non-profit that supports and promotes artists from across the globe by providing business opportunities and resources. They invited us to create a call for entries for a three can series design project with Under Purrveillance\, being the last release of the series.\n\nWe had over 100 portfolios submitted for the project inspired by the story of Operation Acoustic Kitty\, a failed CIA project that was launched in the 1960’s attempting to use cats in missions to spy on the Kremlin and Soviet Embassies. By discreetly affixing batteries\, microphones and antennas to the cats\, the plan was to train them to secretly transmit private conversations back to the CIA. I’m sure you can guess how that went for them….\n\nOf the many artists that submitted\, we narrowed it down to Canada based artist\, Jacob Rolfe. We instantly fell in love with Jacob’s imaginative work he presents in detailed narratives representing different topics such as environmental issues\, meditation\, literacy and medicinal plants and fungi. He also really loves drawing cats! Get to know him outside his life as a visual artist and you can see him on the big screen in the popular show\, Trailer Park Boys.\n\nIt has been a pleasure working with Jacob!\n\n\n*Family and Pet friendly*
