During this workshop\, Sue and Chrissy will blend the complimentary healing aspects of a Sound Journey with a gentle yoga practice.\nWhile Sue leads you through a chakra meditation\, gentle yoga class\, and White Lights\, Chrissy will play chakra crystal bowls and a variety of other instruments to what’s needed in the room.\n\nThis experience will leave you feeling deeply rested\, renewed\, and ready for a cold beer!\n\nYoga students of all ages and levels welcome!
