DESCRIPTION:Rootstock Community Foundation is offering FREE yoga for the Food & Beverage Industry once a month in partnership with Service Brewing and Savanah Power Yoga\, starting on Monday\, June 27th at 11am. Service will provide a beautiful space for the practice while Savannah Power Yoga leads you through a 60 min vinyasa yoga class. All you need to bring is a mat!\nRootstock Community Foundation is a local non-profit with a focus on Mental Health Awareness and Assistance for the F&B Hospitality Industry of Savannah and the Lowcountry. Created by the partners behind FARM Bluffton and Common Thread\, Rootstock Community Foundation’s goal is to be conscious of the mental health issues that some restaurant employees suffer throughout the country.\n\nFAQS:\nCan I bring a friend that is not in the F&B industry?     – We would love to have your friend join us for yoga! This is free for all hospitality folks and friends can attend the class by making a charitable donation to\n        Rootstock. Suggested donation is $10\nI’ve never done yoga?      – This class is for all levels.
